📚✨ Celebrating Powerful Partnerships in Support of Student Writing! ✍️🎉
Our district was selected to receive grant funding through the State and The Writing Revolution (TWR), creating an incredible opportunity for collaboration 🤝, professional learning 📖, and growth 🌱 across our region.
This work brings together educators and leaders from multiple schools and organizations, including COCSD, Yavapai County Education Services Agency (YCESA), Prescott, Beaver Creek, Mingus Union High School, and the Arizona Department of Education 🏫 — all united in support of strengthening writing instruction for students in grades 6–9. 📝
💙 A heartfelt thank you to Yavapai County Superintendent Steve King and the Yavapai County Education Services Agency (YCESA), along with COCSD’s Mrs. Woodward, for helping bring this opportunity to life. We are also grateful for the support and presence of Superintendents Vocca and Herne during our kickoff meeting.
