🎻✨ What a beautiful afternoon celebrating music at Cottonwood Community School! ✨🎻
We are so proud of sisters Faye and Lilah Elinski, who performed in their Spring Violin Graduation Concert yesterday. These two have been playing violin for 7 years, and it truly shows—they played beautifully together and brought such joy to everyone in the room.
Their success didn’t happen overnight. Faye and Lilah practice 30 minutes a day on most days and dedicate 3 hours each week to lessons. Their performance is a wonderful reminder that becoming great at something takes patience, practice, and dedication.
To top it all off, they ended their concert by answering thoughtful questions from staff, students, and community members—such a special way to share their passion and inspire others.
💙 Way to go, Faye and Lilah! Your hard work and teamwork are inspiring to us all. 🎶👏

Big shoutout to Mr. A for going above and beyond with our students at our Wheel Fun Mountain Biking Club! 🚲 As part of our 21st CCLC after school program at Cottonwood Community School, he’s been helping riders build skills, confidence, and a love for the trail—especially supporting those who need a little extra help getting started.
And a huge thank you to Mr. Franklin for generously letting us borrow this tandem bike. It’s been a game changer for helping less sturdy riders feel safe, supported, and successful while riding.
Moments like these are what make this community so special—teamwork, encouragement, and a whole lot of fun on two wheels!
